Sending prayers to Ukraine, How web3 responded to the crisis 🇺🇦
Dear NFTimer,
A group of NFT/web3 artists and creators came together to form RELI3F, a humanitarian aid initiative for Ukraine. They raised $1 million in 30 seconds.
The feminist punk protest group Pussy Riot helped form UkraineDAO on Thursday to assist Ukrainians as the country is being attacked by the Russian government. PleasrDAO, FreeRossDAO, and Trippy Labs joined the effort.
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin also expressed his feelings on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, saying it “is a crime against the Ukrainian and Russian people,” and that he is “Very upset by Putin’s decision to abandon the possibility of a peaceful solution to the dispute with Ukraine and go to war instead.”
I am deeply saddened by the events that are going on in the world. We are sending prayers and hope that this unsolicited attack ends soon.

mfers to the MOON!!!! Mfers by Sartoshi went crazy with floor price passing 6 ETH at one point. I’m currently a mfer on Twitter, and I gotta say, mfers really are the best community. Since mfers are in CC0 (Creative Commons License), anyone can create any kind of derivative project they like.
The artist Shl0m blew up Lamborghini as a performance piece in protest against crypto’s get rich quick culture. OK, first of all — get rich quick culture didn’t originate from crypto, nor is special to it. There will be players who pursue this path in any kind of new technology (i.e., the web2 boom in the 2000s). If you bundle everyone up and say that the whole ecosystem is bs, well, that is really not fair to a lot of builders. I don’t believe they are anti-crypto btw - Shl0m is an artist native to the community.
Deadfellaz dropped Deadfrenz.
Tubby cats dropped & gained incredible momentum. Cobie went crazy when he couldn’t mint even tho he was on the whitelist.
Invisible Friends probably became the most hyped project ever. The floor was above 10 ETH upon minting, must I say pre-reveal as well. With already 10K ETH traded and a special gold Invisible Friend being sold for ~500 ETH, I’m curious how sustainable the price will be.
Cooltopia update.

🔮 Metaverse News
Cryptovoxels announced that their land cap is 70,000 parcels.
NFT Worlds is an exciting crypto game as it shows a major adoption from a huge game, Minecraft! It is built on third-party Minecraft servers, and they were originally minted for free and now sit at 12.5 ETH floor price. What’s really cool about this is the lands are actually huge. It is a “world” rather than a Sandbox or Decentraland plot. NFT Worlds’ blockchain integration on Minecraft allows players to access web3 features, such as an online marketplace where people can buy and sell items to use in these worlds (without gas!) using $WRLD tokens.
