I took the weekend off to hike in Joshua Tree. There was no connection, no wifi, no computer. I know we are all “expected” to be on our computers all day looking at Twitter, refreshing news sources, and checking #announcements on Discord, but I must say I do appreciate everything we do here when I take that space. Seeing nature makes me enjoy the work I do during the week, and the work makes me relish the weekend trips or hikes. I would highly recommend you do something out of your house, something that makes you happy & doesn’t require a screen.

CoolPets are launching today for 0.5 ETH each.
Nifty’s introduced “Featured Artists,” a series of curated drops from a diverse group of global creators shaping the NFT landscape.
A user who goes by jpegdegenlove managed to acquire two Bored Apes, two Mutant Apes, one Cyberkongz Genesis, and a Cool Cat for a total of 57.31 ETH ($137K) and sold all of them soon later for 390 ETH ($936K) due to a bug in the code. OpenSea is reimbursing users who sold NFTs below market value due to this issue in the code.
Slingshot 2099 is a new marketplace for Polygon NFTs.
Oasis is a new NFT marketplace powered by StarkNet where you can deploy your own ERC721 contracts and trade your NFTs.

Maker of an open-world role-playing game called A Township Tale, VR gaming studio Alta raised $12.4 million in a seed round which put the company’s valuation to $62 million.

John Lennon's son Julian is selling several items of Beatles and John Lennon memorabilia as NFTs. Pieces include Paul McCartney’s handwritten notes for the Beatles song "Hey Jude" and items of clothing worn by John Lennon.
